At Genus HR, your privacy is one of our top priorities. That's why we carefully maintain the security and confidentiality of the personal information of all our current and former customers and employees.
We never sell your personal information.
Genus HR does not sell customer or employee information to anyone, and we will only share customer or employee information with other companies as stated in this policy.
Information security is a priority.
Genus HR associates who have access to your information are bound by a code of conduct that requires the confidential treatment of customer or employee information. Information we share with other companies.
We share customer information — on a strictly limited, confidential basis — with “unaffiliated companies” (companies outside the Genus HR family of companies) that perform services for us. These companies include insurance and other financial services providers, such as direct deposit and payment processing providers. Additionally, we may share customer information with credit reporting and verification resources. All of these companies are contractually obligated to keep the information that we provide to them confidential and use the information only for the purposes of providing the services we’ve asked them to perform. We may also disclose customer and or employee information we maintain about you to other agencies or organizations when required or permitted by law. Such disclosure may be in connection with a subpoena or similar legal process, a fraud investigation, an audit or regulatory examination.

E-mail Privacy Policy
Genus HR will use your e-mail address to provide you with information that is helpful for you.
We also offer a variety of value-added e-mail services, such as Alerts, and Announcements. These types of e-mails will only be sent to you if you are eligible or request these services from us. You may add or delete e-mail services from your account at any time.
In addition, e-mail addresses retained by Genus HR may be used by us or shared with our affiliates and agents to provide you with information regarding products and services or other opportunities that may be of interest to you.
We do not sell or otherwise make available our e-mail lists or other personally identifiable information to third-party marketers.

Our Information Systems Security Group
Specific responsibility for ensuring that we have thorough security standards to protect our systems and your information against unauthorized access and use rests with our special Information Systems Security group. This group keeps up-to-date with ever-evolving security issues, tools, and methodologies. It consults with all areas of Genus HR technology groups to ensure that appropriate security controls are built into Genus HR’s procedures, systems, and software.
Your role in safeguarding your information
Our security standards are high. The Information Systems Security group has implemented comprehensive security architecture to decrease exposure to our customers, employees and Genus HR. Proactive and reactive methodologies implementing a "Best Practice" approach is the cornerstone of our security philosophy. However, the software that you run on your own personal computer and the Internet itself can impact the overall security of your transactions with Genus HR. You also play an important role in maintaining the security of your information while using the Internet. You should ensure that you are familiar and comfortable with the security level of your browser and watch for security alerts affecting the software on your personal computer or the browser you are using.
